We read everything, but can't always reply individually. Expect a response within three to five working days, longer around holidays.
What we can help with
- Corrections. If something on the site is wrong, please tell us. Include the URL and what needs fixing and we'll update the piece and note the change.
- Feedback. Honest reactions help us improve.
- Coverage requests. If there's a product, brand, or category you'd like us to tackle, tell us why. We can't cover everything, but reader requests do shape what we write next.
- Press and PR. Samples, launches, and interview requests are welcome. Note that we don't offer guaranteed coverage or paid placements.
What we can't help with
- Individual shopping advice. We can't help you pick between two specific products for your specific room. There are too many variables we can't see, and we'd rather not guess than guess badly. Our guides aim to help you decide, not decide for you.
- Technical support for products we've reviewed. Warranty, assembly, or faults are the manufacturer's job. If you bought something based on our review and there's a problem, go back to the retailer first. They are responsible for the sale under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Legal, financial, or medical advice. Not our lane.
How your message is handled
Emails sent to the addresses above go to our inbox and are kept for as long as we need them to respond, then archived or deleted per our general retention practice. We don't add you to any mailing list, because we don't run one. Full detail in our privacy policy.
